A rampant strain of anthrax has been discovered in Kazakhstan. A man was exposed to the posion after butchering a cow. The meat from the cow was sold to two neighboring towns. Reports of cases of anthrax have emerged from those areas: Asuskiy Oblys.
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported on a similar incident four days ago where a 59 year old woman was exposed to the contagion.
